In particular, Jungkook added a crying emoji along with the words, “I’m upset too,” candidly expressing his frustration and disappointment as an artist for not delivering a perfect performance. Rather than simply explaining the incident, his message conveyed that he was reflecting on the moment alongside his fans.

Previously, BTS kicked off the North American leg of their world tour “ARIRANG” on the 25th (local time) at Raymond James Stadium in Florida. While the performance dazzled tens of thousands of fans, an unexpected issue occurred during their fan song “Magic Shop,” where parts of the vocals were unstable or intermittently cut off due to sound problems.

Despite the sudden incident, fans at the venue continued to cheer and enjoy the performance. However, it is reported that Jungkook felt a strong sense of responsibility for not delivering the best sound possible and even lost sleep over it. His post-performance apology reflected his firm determination to present an even better stage the following day, deeply moving fans.

Global fans responded warmly, saying, “We knew it was an accident, but Jungkook’s sincerity melted our hearts,” “It wasn’t even his fault, but his apology shows how genuine he is,” and “We’re even more excited for today’s show.”

Meanwhile, after thoroughly checking the sound system and regaining focus, BTS will continue their “ARIRANG” performances in Tampa on the 27th and 28th. All eyes are on how their strengthened resolve will further ignite excitement across North America.
